Invitation to Quote: Digging for Rutland
Rutland County Council has been awarded a grant by the National Lottery Heritage Fund to scope the future options for two significant finds: the largest Jurassic ichthyosaur in Western Europe and a late Roman villa complex with an extensive mosaic floor; the most important Roman find in the UK for over 100 years.
The county council is now seeking a consultant or consultancy to undertake an Options Appraisal and Community Engagement Plan for Digging for Rutland: Jurassic and Roman and the suite of procurement documents can be found below:
