New brand for Peak District Lead Mining Museum

February 24, 2014

The Peak District Lead Mining Museum has recently completed a project to redesign their branding, exterior signs and website.

The project has been supported by an AIM Sustainability Grant and hopes to have a positive impact on the mining museum’s visitor numbers, over the coming season.

Look out for several exhibitions coming up throughout 2014, the first of which starts in April and is a taster of a new collection, relating to the heritage of Matlock Bath. ‘Stone and water’, starting in June, is an exhibition, co-curated by local artist Olivia Punnett, using artists responses to Matlock Bath and it’s different identities over time. Then we are planning a Great War Centenary exhibition in August. Look out for further details.
