We are committed to working with museums looking to challenge ways of working and evolve into more resilient organisations.
Heather Lomas supports our Organisational Heath Review programme, she works collaboratively with museum governing bodies and teams to enable an in-depth organisational review of a museum, from governance and succession planning for trustees to forward planning, operations and people. Heather develops a programme of intervention focussed on encouraging sustainability and based on the specific needs of each museum. Delivery is through a range of workshop sessions, one to one support and discussion, provision of resources and advice.
