Telling the story of England’s smallest county, and celebrating being 50 this year, this museum faces familiar collection and story-telling challenges. Collections Manager, Lorraine Cornwell, and freelance heritage consultant Robin Hill, share some of the first step collections appraisal and rationalisation exercises they’ve done on the agricultural collection in order to prepare the museum for future decisions about its development. Here they share how they went about that and the lessons learnt.
Your RMN host will be Robin Hill, freelance heritage consultant.
