Jonathan Ruffer Curatorial Grants are welcoming applications to support curators to undertake collections and exhibition research projects.
The £50,000 Jonathan Ruffer Curatorial Grants introduced in 2012 have already supported 47 curators to undertake collection and research projects in 37 institutions across the UK.
Grants available
Grants are available for large and small museums. The scheme welcomes applications for sums from £200 – £1,500 (with no fixed deadline) and for those for £1,500 or over to support more ambitious projects.
Deadlines
Deadlines are not fixed for applications between £200 – £1,500, but for applications over £1,500 the next deadlines are Monday 4 June and Wednesday 1 October 2014.
Information on applications
Applications can be made jointly by two or more curators wishing to work on a project together. Applicants must discuss their project before submitting an application.
