The Museum Development East Midlands (MDEM) programme has now closed. Museum Development Midlands MDM is the new joint programme for the East and West Midlands regions.
MDM is funded by Arts Council England and delivered
in partnership by Ironbridge Gorge Museum Trust and Leicestershire County Council.
MDM builds upon the established track record of both West Midlands Museum Development (WMMD) and Museum Development East Midlands (MDEM), with a strong understanding of the museum sector and trusted relationships with local museums and networks.
The MDEM and WMMD websites will be available as resources until the end of May while we complete our new MDM website. The new website is www.MDMidlands.org.uk and the first phase, the landing page, will be live from 2 April 2024.
Please be aware that the MDEM and WMMD websites will not be updated while the new MDM website is under development.
To receive regular updates on our MDM training, support programmes and grants please sign up for our MDM newsletter mailing list using this link https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/EmailSignUp/
**IMPORTANT** The existing MDEM and WMMD newsletters and mailing lists will cease to operate shortly. You will need to subscribe to the new MDM communications to receive updates from us.
