Daventry Museum Re-opens

Daventry Museum is completely volunteer run and has recently re-opened having been completely refurbished, with the help of the SITA Trust and Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) funding.

Daventry Museum have increased the display area, installed new cabinets, impressive wall graphics, pictures and photos including a ‘Wall of Faces’ of Daventry people past and present.

The building has been redecorated inside and out with the artefacts and information displayed to reflect their ‘Sharing Stories’ theme in a more professional and pleasing way.

Daventry Museum is pleased to announce their vibrant and interesting Museum for visitors is open Tuesday to Friday, from 9.30 am until 1.30 pm and the first Saturday of every month from 10 am until 4 pm.
