Whether it be due to geographical constraints, working within a large organisation, or working in a small independent museum, many museum professionals in the East Midlands would like more opportunities for networking, peer support and visiting other museums.
As such MDEM is launching the Lone Workers Network. Designed to bring professionals together, with meeting themed around agreed topics, including; case studies, museum tours and peer to peer discussions.
The first meeting of the network is on the 8th of March, with a morning session at Mansfield Museum and the afternoon at the National Holocaust Centre. To see the programme of the day click here.
