New Art Exchange Looking for Trustees
The Board is looking for new members who can give the equivalent of half a day per month contributing towards helping the organisation to develop appropriate strategies and governance. You will provide support to the Executive Management Team (EMT) raising the organisation profile and delivering its strategic plans aligned to its vision for a world class artistic venue. As Board Member, the key task will be to ensure the organisation is well managed by the EMT, thrives and complies with its legal and financial duties and responsibilities.
