East Midlands Museums and Heritage Trustee Conference
MDEM is pleased to announce the first Trustee Conference of it’s kind for museum trustees in the East Midlands. This one day event will provide a unique opportunity for trustees from all scale of organisations to gain access to national and regional funders, as well as hear best practice case studies and receive training from specialist bodies.
A further aim of the day is to provide networking and sharing opportunities between delegates, with a networking lunch included to promote this.
Confirmed speakers at this event include the Charity Finance Group, Arts Council England and the Association of Independent Museums.
This event is being held as a direct response to needs identified through the Trustee Network and MDEM’s Business Diagnostic, and we hope to see a wide range of trustees attending the day form museums of all types and sizes.

Who should attend?
This conference is aimed all museum trustees in the East Midlands. You do not need to be a member of the Trustee Network to attend, but we would recommend individuals do join this network if this is an area where they have an interest. You can do so here: http://eepurl.com/cZadfr
