MDEM’s Mystery Shopper programme has provided valuable feedback about the impact of customer care and the role of museum staff on the experience of younger visitors.
This training session will be led by consultants Laura Malpas and Davey Ivens, and will challenge delegates to think about their approach to customer care; helping to identify and adopt the skills, attitudes and behaviours needed to make our spaces are welcoming to young people.
Aimed at front-of-house / gallery staff and volunteers as well as their managers and trustees. We welcome several delegates from a museum to attend the training.
Refreshments will be provided on arrival – delegates are asked to provide their own lunch.
