Jobs: Click; Connect; Curate; Create Evaluation and Future Recommendations Plan: Invitation to Tender
Leicestershire County Council Communities and Wellbeing Service (C&W) is seeking to recruit a consultant(s) to evaluate and review the Click; Connect; Curate; Create (CCCC) project.
The role of the consultant(s) will be to review and evaluate the impact of the Click; Connect; Curate; Create (CCCC) project (Stage 1) and to recommend how we embed digital into its strategic plan for the future (Stage 2).
About Click; Connect; Curate; Create
CCCC is a two-year Arts Council England funded project exploring digital content based on Leicestershire County Council’s museum sites, stories, objects and collections. The aim was to explore how Leicestershire County Council can use digital content to increase footfall to our sites and exhibitions and increase primary and secondary visitor spend. The project started in July 2013 and is due to be completed in March 2015.
LCC would like the consultant to:
Stage 1:
- Review the internal evaluation of the programme’s pilot projects
- Assess how successful the programme was in delivering its key learning outcomes (as well as identifying any new ones) and recommend how these can be embedded into current service delivery
Stage 2:
Carry out a future recommendations review taking into account the strategic challenges and strengths of the service:
- Highlighting key activities that could be carried forward through core or funded activity
Proposing how digital can be embedded into C&W’s strategic plan and resource implications i.e. staff skills, infrastructure, project delivery etc - Each stage of the budget has an approximate budget of £5,000 (excluding VAT) and will need to be completed by May 2015. This is being offered a single piece of work and consultants will be required to bid for both stages.
