Fellows benefit from unparalleled access to experienced leaders, a diverse peer group and extensive networks.
The structure of the programme includes:
- two residential leadership courses
- three-month placement to gain practical experience in a cultural organisation
- bespoke learning opportunities
- individually-selected training, mentoring and coaching.
Fellows take a total of about eight months away from work to focus on the programme. A bursary or compensation to their employer of £15,000 is available to all Fellows, supported by Arts Council England.
