Sandford Cascade Information Session
The Sandford Cascade is a HLF-funded project that supports museums and heritage sites in the East Midlands to deliver a high standard of formal and informal heritage learning. If you want to develop your learning programmes and attract more school visits and a wider audience come and find out how you could benefit from a £1000 bursary for educational resources, networking and skill-sharing with Sandford Award-winning sites and training workshops.
The Sandford Award is an independently judged and non-competitive assessment of education programmes at museums, galleries, historic houses and heritage sites. Now in its 40th year, over 500 sites have received this prestigious kite mark which is recognised by schools and other education institutions across the United Kingdom.
This is a free event which includes lunch and a tour of Sulgrave Manor. Travelling expenses will be reimbursed. http://sandfordaward.org/cascade
