Leicestershire and Rutland Heritage Forum proudly present ‘Treasure your Past’, an exhibition of a fragment of Leicestershire’s treasures.

A parasol, dainty silk shoes, slender gloves, bonnets, purse and favours from a wedding cake. Small pieces of pottery and flint, medals, tea cups and saucers, stockings, clay pipes, animal bones, books and mollusc shells.

Objects that showcase treasured objects from Leicestershire and Rutland Heritage Forum’s independently run museums and heritage groups.

The perfect opportunity to see local museums showcase some of their treasures.

Entry is free and the exhibition can be found in Snibston Discovery Museum’s Community Gallery, at the main entrance.
