Poet Mark Goodwin will facilitate a poetic ‘expedition’ to explore the resonances of Foxton Locks Museum, and the Foxton Locks site, including the famous flight of staircase locks.
Participants will get the chance to pool their resources to home in on the movement of water, the noises of water, and the power of buoyancy.
Part of the ‘Locks, Bells & Peeling Wallpaper’ series of poetry workshops, this workshop is open to all writers, from novice to experienced. There will be a wee bit of strolling around the site.
The poetic produce from the workshop will be shared through an e-pamphlet.
