Underpinning AIM’s 2014 Annual Conference is the spirit of independent museums that makes them good at making the most of what they’ve got.
The 2014 AIM conference will focus on opportunities to Upcycle your Museum to make more of what you already have – whether that is by saving money through energy efficiency, improving the opportunities you offer your volunteers so they in turn give more back to the museum, updating your education offer for the new national curriculum or by improving your fundraising.
The keynote speaker will be Sir Peter Bazalgette, Chair, Arts Council England (ACE).
